At Revon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer a clear and simple Exchange & Return Policy. Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving their order.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any).
- Delivery charges are non-refundable for exchanges.
- Please include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email when sending your exchange request.
- Exchange depends on stock availability. We cannot guarantee availability of all sizes or items at the time of exchange.
Return Policy
You are eligible for a return only if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- In such cases, Customer will cover the return shipping charges.
- Please attach your order confirmation email or packing slip with the returned item.
- Customers may request either:
- A replacement/exchange, or
- A full refund (product amount).
- Availability of replacement items depends on stock at that time.
