Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any).
• Delivery charges are non-refundable for exchanges.
• Please include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email when sending your exchange request.
• Exchange depends on stock availability. We cannot guarantee availability of all sizes or items at the time of exchange.

Return Policy

You are eligible for a return only if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• In such cases, Customer will cover the return shipping charges.
• Please attach your order confirmation email or packing slip with the returned item.
• Customers may request either:
• A replacement/exchange, or
• A full refund (product amount).
• Availability of replacement items depends on stock at that time.
